Description
The aim is to create resilient, sustainable and healthy urban deltas, sufficiently empowered to address the disruptive transitions in terms of climate, energy, mobility, economics and demography we are facing. This requires an impact-oriented, value-driven style of working, so that knowledge is created in close interaction with and proximity to societal actors, citizens (including NGO’s), public and private partners and knowledge institutes – learning how to collaborate and create impact together. Time has come to join forces as knowledge institutes (converging our complementary strengths) and to bridge the science-society gap.
