Description
During the Dutch Design Week, Anna-Louisa Peeters was invited to host one of 16 'table converstations' at a conference organised by the Embassy of Food. With several experst at the cross-section of design and the food system, she explored opportunties for design to foster the protein transition, based on the existing frames in this transition which she identified in her first PhD study. The protein transition revolves around our collective dietary shift away from animal proteins towards plant-based proteins.
