I was invited to give a talk and participate at the international workshop at the National Centre for International Research of Low-Carbon and Green Buildings, School of Urban Construction and Environmental Engineering, Chongqing University. The workshop, titled "High Rise Residential Retrofit Chongqing" was organised by Prof LI Baizhan, Director and Dean of Schooland and Andrew Baldwin, Emeritus Professor, Loughborough University.
