On behalf of LDE Centre for BOLD Cities and LDE Centre for Sustainability Ellen van Bueren was asked to deliver input for the Global Parliament of Mayors Convening Conference. Together with prof. Arnold Tukker (Leiden University) and prof. Frank van Oort (Erasmus University) she co-authored a contribution on Big Data and Urban Resilience as input for the conference. The paper is included in the Background Papers.
