During this workshop I provided an introductory briefing on one of NATO's Principles of Responsible Use, namelijk: the Principle of Lawfulness. I shared my ideas on how operationalization of the Principles of Responsible Use (PRUs) can be contextualised via military scenarios, and how whis contextualization contains an interdisciplinary effort. Furthermore, I highlighted how positive law is related to the Rule of Law and what this means for scoping NATO's Principle of Lawfulness.
