Workshop: Cost-effective Building Renovation at District Level Combining Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energies The expected housing Renovation Wave requires  breakthroughs in renovation at district level, particularly regarding cost-effective strategies, policy instruments and business models. In this session international contributors will present the main outcomes from the IEA EBC Annex 75 project, showing the development of building renovation at district level and providing guidance to policy makers and all actors involved in the renovation chain for improving their strategies for the implementation of energy saving and renewables in urban districts.
