Organized by the Instituto Superior de Urbanismo, Territorio y Ambiente (ISU) of the University of Buenos Aires, Delft University of Technology (The Netherlands), Fundación Humedales / Wetlands International and Fundación Cambio Democrático, within the framework of the actions of Delta Alliance Argentinean Wing, from the initiative of the Ecosystem Alliance for the sustainable management of wetlands and the Nairobi Work Program on the Effects, Vulnerability and Adaptation to Climate Change of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change, through the Fundación Torcuato Di Tella.
