The enclosed garden

Activity: Talk or presentationTalk or presentation at a workshop, seminar, course or other meeting

Description

The enclosed garden captures and isolates aspects of landscape and nature in a small space. As places outside the normative structures of society, “other” spaces, enclosed gardens offer a distance from the public domain, and at the same time make the landscape manifest. As such, they might allow for the unexpected, the unregulated.
