Description
Induction motors are one of the central pivot of the developing e-mobility era. One of the most vulnerable part of an induction motor are the bearings. Consequently, monitoring and maintaining them during operations is vital. In this contribution a methodology that leverage stator currents signals processed with a deep learning architecture will be discussed and a compact and expressive representation of the bearings state will be presented, providing a data-driven bearing fault detection framework.
