Description
keynote presented at 17th International Conference on Quality in Research (QiR) on "the sweetness of discomfort". Increasing comfort is sometimes not possible anymore. By designing moments of discomfort in the journey the comfort will be more appreciated. This is one of the lessons of prof dr P Vink after having done many years of research on comfort and discomfort.
