Description

ARTES is a TV show broadcasted in the Albanian National Radio-television (RTSH Radio Televizioni Shqiptar). It gives a critical view on the culture and art in Albania. 

In this episode the talk is about Kamza, a city in Albania created by migrants that moved to the area right after the fall of the totalitarian regime in the 1990s. Now the 5th biggest city in Albania, Kamza is created by construction inicitives of its inhabitants, and the total absense of the state. A laboratory of urban anthropology was conducted by the Institute of Cultural Anthropology and Art Studies (IAKSA) in colaboration with Grupi ATA (a local multidiscipilary group of young activist that conduct ATA the theater of the oppressed).
