Description

Windturbine blades are decommissioned after 20 years of use. These blades are made of glass fibre reinforced plastics, which are very hard to recycle or reprocess at all. Given the increasing number of wind turbines that are built and eventually decommissioned, we face the challenge of processing these blades in a responsible way. Thus, what is the value of old wind turbine blades?
