ELBURG - Een team van internationale wetenschappers was afgelopen week in Elburg om daar te zoeken naar creatieve manieren om de gemeente klimaatneutraal te maken. Het grote aantal monumenten in de historische vesting maakt het erg lastig om goede maatregelen te nemen. De wetenschappers moeten daarom met nieuwe inzichten en ideeën komen, waar de inwoners van Elburg de komende jaren mee aan de slag kunnen.
