The Dutch Research Council (NWO) has awarded a Vici grant, one of the most competitive and prestigious research awards in the Netherlands, to David Maresca for pioneering work on deep‑tissue imaging at cellular resolution. In total, NWO granted 39 Vici proposals.The Vici target group consists of researchers at the stage of consolidation and further development of their leadership/research group.
