TU Delft researcher Ragy Elgendy analyzed over 20 public and private Integrated Home Renovation Service models for homeowner associations across Europe. He presented an analysis of the following aspects of IHRS business models:
- Customized energy renovation package offerings according to customer segments – addressing the specific needs of homeowner associations
- Channels used
- Customer relationships
- Key resources
- Key activities
- Key partners
- Revenue/value streams and cost structure
The presentation concluded with recommendations for developing a viable Integrated Home Renovation Services business model targeting homeowner associations.
Our project partners WNR (Walter van Steenis), the City of Antwerp (Claire Verberck) , the City of Mechelen (Annick Vanhove), the City of Oostende (Kim Vandecaveye) and Embuild Vlaanderen (Johan Vanden Driessche) also presented their Integrated Home Renovation Service models.
