Description
Chlorophyll fluorescence data obtained using Fast Repetition Rate Fluorometry. Each dataset is collected for a leaf sample of Prunella vulgaris, growing at ambient CO2 or at ~6000 ppm close to geothermal sources in Yellowstone National Park. Fluorometry protocol: 180 trains of 50 flashes per train at 100 Hz flash rate.
