Data for the publication: Hysteresis and dichotomous mechanics in cyclic crushing failure of confined freshwater columnar ice

These data refer to the test campaign conducted at the Delft University of Technology Ice Laboratory between 4 July and 3 October 2022. The "Optical apparatus with Linear Actuator loading Frame" (OLAF) was used to conduct cyclic compressive crushing of freshwater columnar ice. Detailed explanations of the test setup, test matrix, and test results are provided in a manuscript under revision at the journal Cold Regions Science and Technology.
