Description
This is the data underlying the publication: Palladium Zero-Mode Waveguides for Optical Single Molecule Detection with Nanopores. There are three different datasets in there:
1. On Chip R9_1104_25 data on freely diffusing fluorophores (Atto 647N, Atto 488)
2. On Chip R9_1104_30 there is the data of BSA translocations at different concentrations
3. Data on DNA translocations of different lengths under different driving voltages. (No R… chip indicated)
All metadata can be found in the photon-hdf5 files, a small readme file is also included.
