Data underlying the PhD thesis: Lifetime energy yield and degradation analysis of smart and multi-junction photovoltaic modules

This dataset contains all supplementary data of the PhD thesis. The PhD thesis focusses on the modelling of novel PV system, mostly perovskite/silicon multi-junction devices, and the optimization of the perovskite bandgap energy in various configurations. All work has been carried out by simulations, and important input and outputs that may be relevant for other researchers is collected in this dataset.

This input contains optical and electrical data that has been used for the simulations, which is included as .csv format.

The output data contains underlying data of different figures, included as .csv or .xlsx format.

Since most of the work is carried out with confidential software, this cannot be uploaded. Where possible, the Matlab files also have been uploaded such that the results can be refabricated by users.

For each chapter of the thesis, I have created a zip folder with the corresponding supplementary information.
