1. Chemical and molecular biological dataset from Kranzioch et al. (2015) to implement Enzyme-based kinetics for reductive dechlorination (file format *.csv);
2. Results of the batch and scenario-based numerical models (file format *.csv);
3. Jupyter notebook file for visualizing simulation results (file format *.ipynb);
4. PHREEQC input files of the batch and scenario-based numerical models created with Notepad++.
