Bibliographical note
Dataset of fully polarimetric rough surface scattering from various surfaces including different types of sandpaper and road surfaces in various conditions. Measurements were collected using a vector network analyser in the frequency band ranging from 75-85 GHz. Please see README.pdf for more details.
