Flow-based strategic deconfliction software and dataset

The following dataset contains three elements: the optimiser source code used for flight planning (Optimiser.zip), the version of the BlueSky Open Air Traffic Simulator that was used for the experiment, including plugins developed for the experiments (BlueSky.zip), and the results and processing code for the produced data (Results.zip).
