Description

The associated publication describes the use of a Python package, Naclib, to implement S/T Polynomial Decomposition (STPD) correction of single-molecule microscopy images.The Naclib library is available on Gitlab (linked below). The data in this repository allow recapitulation of the results in the publication, with some processing.
