Thermal imaging videos of freezing events on micropatterned polymer substrates

Thermal imaging videos (avi) recorded using a FLIR A655sc thermal camera with a close-up lens (1.5 magnifying factor and 25 µm resolution). The recorded field of view is 6.5mm in length. Videos were recorded on bare polymeric substrates (PU, PP, PVC, PC, PMMA), on fully grafted substrates (for example: PU PHEMA), and on micropatterned substrates (for example: PU PHEMA patterns) using different hydrophilic polymer grafts (PHEMA, PPEGMA, PDMAEMA).
