My research aims to uncover how gamification influences citizen participation in E-Government services. I am interested in this topic because Millenials and Gen-Z have begun shaping our way in interacting with systems and most of them are familiar with gaming. Does this unique traits affect the engagement in E-government? I would like to get the answer by deep diving at the intersections of human behaviour, governance, and software development.
