Filippo Maria is a PhD candidate at Delft University of Technology. His first research activities focused on chemical, electrochemical, sputtering-based, and laser-based syntheses of metal nanoparticles and their integration in new antimicrobic materials. More recently he has studied the ultrashort laser micro-bonding of dissimilar materials, while his current research activity is focused on laser-induced forward transfer.
