My main research interests are related to software analytics, and in particular, the analysis of large, often complex portfolios of software organizations. How do the core metrics such as cost, time, and quality relate to value and customer satisfaction? What really determines whether a software delivery is successfull? What helps to create good practice and what leads to bad practice?
