Personal profile

Research profile

I am a PhD Candidate at the CityAI Lab and affiliated with the Department of Engineering Systems and Services at the Faculty of Technology, Policy and Management.

My research concerns urban noise pollution and its perception. I'm disentangling this complex relationship and the impact that noise has on our lives with machine learning and statistical analysis.

Academic background

I have a background in software development and business informatics. My bachelor's thesis concerned decision tree algorithms on data streams. For my master's thesis, I developed a framework for risk assessments of AI-based systems in the context of mergers and acquisitions. In September 2022, I joined the CityAI Lab at Delft University of Technology.
