Background

Larissa Verbeek was educated as an industrial designer at TU Delft IDE. She has worked at a variety of organisations: at Philips - multinational, Menken Dairy Food – family-owned business, Campina - cooperative, IMI - small consultancy, RWS - central government. In the field of innovations, product and packaging development, portfolio management and creativity. She experienced how acquisition, merger or culture works. Or doesn't work. With her own company Verbeek Verbindt, Larissa spent over 13 years facilitating change in the dynamics of organisations and improving the way people work together.
