Research profile
Marc Serra Peralta studied both Physics and Chemistry at the Autonomous University of Barcelona (UAB). He received his MSc degree in Applied Physics from Delft University of Technology in 2023. For his MSc thesis, he joined the Terhal Group where he worked on neural networks for decoding the surface code, focusing on experiments that can be realized in the near-term future. He started the PhD in the same group to continue his work on quantum error correction codes and their realization using superconducting qubits.
