Research profile
Dr. Qiaochu Fan is a Postdoctoral Researcher in the Department of Transport and Planning at Delft University of Technology (TU Delft), the Netherlands. Her research focuses on shared mobility, emerging transport technologies, and the interaction between transport supply and user behaviour. Her work combines behavioural modelling and optimisation methods to support the design of more efficient, user-oriented, and sustainable transport systems.
She is currently contributing to the V2G-QUEST project, where she works on travellers’ willingness to adopt and participate in vehicle-to-grid (V2G) systems, using stated preference experiments and choice modelling. Her research also involves mathematical optimisation of transport and energy systems, with a particular focus on dynamic pricing, charging and discharging coordination, and system performance in V2G aggregation frameworks.
