Dr. Shahrokh Nikou, Assistant Professor of Organisational Design at Delft University of Technology, Faculty of Industrial Design Engineering, received his Ph.D. in Information Systems and Business Administration in 2012. His research focuses on digitalisation, organisational transformation, sufficiency orientation, organisational design, entrepreneurship, and sustainable business practices. With over 140 publications in the fields of business, information systems, organisations, entrepreneurship, and education, Dr. Nikou’s work is known for its sophisticated methodologies and advanced data analysis techniques. He has participated in numerous national and international research projects and collaborates with various international universities. Recognised for his expertise, Shahrokh serves as an Associate Editor for the Journal of Electronic Markets (Springer) and Digital Business Journal (Elsevier).

Dr. Shahrokh Nikou, Universitair Docent Organisatiedesign aan de Technische Universiteit Delft, Faculteit Industrieel Ontwerpen, behaalde in 2012 zijn Ph.D. in Informatiesystemen en Bedrijfskunde. Zijn onderzoek richt zich op digitalisering, organisatorische transformatie, sufficiëntieoriëntatie, organisatiedesign, ondernemerschap en duurzame bedrijfspraktijken.

Met meer dan 140 publicaties op het gebied van bedrijfswetenschappen, informatiesystemen, organisaties, ondernemerschap en onderwijs, staat Dr. Nikou’s werk bekend om zijn geavanceerde methodologieën en geavanceerde data-analysetechnieken. Hij heeft deelgenomen aan talrijke nationale en internationale onderzoeksprojecten en werkt samen met diverse internationale universiteiten.

Vanwege zijn expertise is Shahrokh actief als Associate Editor voor de Journal of Electronic Markets (Springer) en de Digital Business Journal (Elsevier).
