Tekla's work is focused on accelerating the circular transition through co-creation, including identifying key drivers that lead to higher impact. She is researching the success and failure of co-creation processes in the circular economy through action research and case study analysis. Tekla's PhD is part of the Climate Action Program. She is also a member of the Systemic Design Lab of TU Delft.
