Urban co-working spaces face challenges from unexpected events, yet crucial aspects of their ability to adapt are not well understood. Supported by the Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions (MSCA) programme, the RECOS project aims to fill gaps in our knowledge of co-working space resilience and location dynamics. Specifically, RECOS targets gaps in longitudinal and spatial perspectives of co-working spaces. It will create tools to assess resilience, map location patterns, and develop an online platform to optimise workspace strategies. This project promises to enhance urban resilience strategies, empowering hybrid workers. It will also advance Europe’s knowledge economy, reinforcing its commitment to sustainable and smart cities.
