Abstract
Urban transformation is more prominent in the world regarding planning, architecture and design practices. However, this concept, which is legally and administratively essential and has a place to different extents, includes many definitions and application types. In Republic of Türkiye, the urban transformation has become a method primarily associated with natural disasters and has been used to increase the resilience of cities.
