Abstract
This report identifies the opportunities for focusing Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) more on circularity. It assesses the legal, technical and economic feasibility of measures that contribute to the prevention, re-use, repair and high-grade processing of products. EPR makes producers and importers responsible for the management of waste from the products they place on the Dutch market.
