Abstract
Het voorstel voor een richtlijn inzake bodemmonitoring en -veerkracht geeft uitwerking aan het Europese doel voor ‘no net land take’ tegen 2050. Dit artikel bespreekt het richtlijnvoorstel, in het bijzonder de voorstellen ten aanzien van de beperking van het ruimtebeslag, en de mogelijke betekenis hiervan voor het nationale omgevingsbeleid en regelgeving.
