For organizations seeking to explore digital service opportunities, generating person centered business model can be beneficial for their business model design process. This allows them to be in tune with the stakeholders in a new business landscape that is highly network driven. However, creating such a model can be challenging and complex. Visuals tools and associated modeling
principles used in the design practice had been shown to be valuable for this process. Dynagrams, dynamic graphic diagram come forth as an emerging digital tool with heightened potential to support this context better. This paper aims to contribute towards discussion on business model design by providing insights on a new digital tool that can enhance the process for designers
intermediatring between business and design. To this purpose, we employed the qualitative methodology of case study involving the “Artificial Pancreas”, an e-health product service system. We represented different user centered business models through dynagrams after a co-modelling process with diabetic patients. We concluded with the experience of such an approach, an
evaluation of dynagrams with relevant stakeholders as well as proposals for further adaption of the dynagram to support user centered business model design.
