Yichen Jin is a PhD candidate in the section of Responsible Marketing and Consumer Behaviour at the Faculty of Industrial Design Engineering. The key topics in her research are Circular Product Design and Sustainable Consumer Behaviour. Her current research is part of the 'Fixophobia' project, which investigates how emerging technologies can motivate consumer trust and engagement in repair practices for electronic products.
